Windows 10 reset

At the moment I'm reseting my Windows 10 and my PC is on, but nothing is on my monitors and my mouse and keyboard aren't lit up, is this normal?

Is the monitor receiving panels and have you tried switching inputs on the monitor and plugging out and back in the video cables?

the monitor just looks like the computer is off, and yes I tried that

Are you using a GPU? If so, maybe try using the integrated GPU instead?

I must admit, this is quite strange.

okay I just tried that and nothing changed :/ do you think I should just try hitting the power button and see what happens or will that make it worse?
