You need a FAT32 formatted USB with the unzipped BIOS files on it. Then reboot and press END. It should open the QFlash utility

In Qflash find your USB and choose the 965GDS3.10M file.

 

It should flash.

Hey guys, in my latest post I identified my gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 Motherboard revision, it's rev 1.0 I am upgrading to a Q6600 and I will update my BIOS (upgradeing from a Pentium D) and I don't know how to update the BIOS
