at&t upload speed fuckup?

I pay for 1.5mbps up

speedtest shows 2mbps

i upload with google drive desktop get 2mbps up

 i upload with google drive web like .com and  ge  5-7 mbps up

 

Like WTF?

and i timed the uploads too to make sure windows wasn't faking.

 

 

Can someone explain pls?

I need to know, so i can exploit it in the future ;)

Google should just take the world over.

 

I know T-mobile and several Canadian carriers have this thing where music services like spotify and social networks like facebook are sped up and don't count towards usage limits. Maybe it's something like that.

I pay for 50/5 and regularly get 55/10. Just be grateful. Though, they'll probably notice if you exploit it heavily.
