Computer wont post

I built my first computer and now when I've tried to turn it on, nothing happens

 

Specs:

MOBO: Asrock h81m dgs

CPU: Intel i5 4460

GPU: Sapphire r9 380 nitro

RAM: HyperX Fury 8GB

PSU: Corsair CX500M

HDD: WD Blue 1TB

 

The only thing I've thought has gone wrong is the CPU power, the socket on the mobo is 4 pins but the psu came with a 4+4 pin, but I thought that was normal?
