And in their description it says :

And I was wondering would this be alright to buy a power supply from them ? Is it a waste of money or its fine ? And thanks for your time!

basically, short of calling it an open boxed item, it is not a new product.

unless you are buying it at a substantial discount, this is the gamble of

open box sales. doubtful there is any return policy on this item or it is going

to be a crap shoot. you could always RMA that product to the manufacturer

using up more money in shipping and down-time.

 

your call, PSU are not that expensive to get a good one.
