Here are my specs:
CPU: i3-4170 (I know it sucks, will get an i5-4690 or i7-4790k in a year or so)

GPU: GTX 950 2gb

RAM: 8GB Kingston HyperX 1866 MHz

MOBO: Msi z97 pc mate

PSU: No clue about the brand as it doesn't state but it's 600W (Will upgrade as well in a year)

HDD and SSD: 2TB WD HDD / 128 Sandisk SSD

Case: Corsair Graphite 230t

Is this build good? Will it run every game very high-ultra in 1080p? (I have no desire in going to 1440p since it's not that important)

Is there a bottleneck in my cpu? Not too familiar with bottlenecks but I wanna know if everything will be fine and is compatible with no bottlenecks.

And better upgrades to go for? Thanks.

1. Already own all of these parts, brand new. 2. Canada 3. GTA 5, BO3, FO4, Upcoming Far Cry Game, Arma 3, etc.

Well why ask if you already have the parts, it's fairly unbalanced as far gaming rigs go,  your motherboard is overkill for that CPU, the SSD's cost could have gone to the GPU, the case seems like you spent too much on it, and it's probably not a good thing that you don't know the brand of your PSU, is it at least 80+?

also not too much reason to upgrade the i3, unless it really holds you back in some games which it probably won't do too much

Yes it is 80+, I know that the MOBO is overkill, just for the future in overclocking another cpu, I dont wanna have to buy a new mobo to overclock in a year or 2. And I'm asking about upgrades and

You don't gain much of anything from overclocking your CPU as far gaming goes, otherwise it's a fine 1080p rig, I'd spend the upgrade money on a higher end free-sync display, then grab a 390 whenever one is on sale and you're all set, might need a better PSU for the 390 though.

You could just get a G-sync display, but for a bit more than the price of the entry level ones you can get a 1440p 144hz display vs a 1080p 144hz display going with a free-sync one, and either their drivers will get hacked or nvidia will start to care about freedom sometime between the free-sync display and getting a 390
