i have my dell laptop that does not want to connect to the internet. it says that it cannot connect to our home modem but when connected to wireless hotspot it dosent have internet connection. i went to check the network adapter: its a intel dual band wireless-AC 7265. the home modem works i can connect on my other laptop.

note: the dell laptop was working normally in the past 4 months
