So today we got a new fiber central in our house. It shares our internet, but the range isnt that great. So were gonna use an apple time macine in the top florr, but te thime macine dont want to work in bridgemode... how can i rnable that? Ive found a ton of tutorials and guides, but nothing does work. Any last minute help?

Hmm, interesting. I have done this for a friend once in the past but I remembered it just working when choosing bridge mode. Thats the thing with Apple stuff, it just works, and when it doesn't, ain't nobody not a fuckin clue how to fix it.

When in doubt, re-format.

If you connect to the Internet using PPPoE, you can’t set up the base station or Time Capsule as a bridge.

you'd be much better off just wiring the whole thing

or 2 getting a better router

 

3rd option is a powerline adapter
