So, I left my computer on the whole night, I woke up to find it updating, the background was changing colors and it had text but i cant remember what it said. After the so called update my background was gone the text turned RED and it kept saying to rename C:\Program to C:\Program1

I tried to system restore but it did not work I tried changing backgrounds and it this is very annoying and worrysome, please someone reply fast I need help.

What happened in a short summary: The text turned red, I could not system restore, my antivirus was turned off, and my background was gone.

I am serious about this

So is he (and me).

Make sure you have a backup of all your personal documents (thoroughly scanned with AV and Malewarebytes), run BelArc Advisor to save any license keys currently on your system, and completely nuke the HDD. Darik's Boot and Nuke is a good program from what I hear. Wipe and format the drive at least 3 times and then reinstall the OS.

END OF LINE

download a run malwarebytes, and avira, run scans with those. If you are lucky they may find the virus and remove it, if not you can try kasperky rescue disk, you can either make a bootable usb or burn this to DVD and run it off either.
