Wondering if purchasing a new game

Basically, as the title says.

I've been bored, fast, by all the recent games I've played, such as Fallout 4 and Just Cause 3. I was looking into Elite: Dangerous Horizons, Squad and/or ArmA III.

Do you recommend any of these games, or any other, to spend a few hours?

Sounds like you're bored with sandbox games/open world. so no I wouldn't recommend them.

ED is fun for about 3 hours until you realise it's an empty shell with no actually content.

ARMA III is brilliant if you like simulators but it is just that, it's so in depth that it can be incredibly difficult to play but it is very rewarding if you put the hours in.

Never played the other game so can't comment on it.

I tried fallout 4 before. 15 minutes into it and I was already deleting it off my hard drive.

Lasted about 2 hours for me.

Also, thanks for all the recent answers! Might be getting ARMA III in the end. I still find E:D Horizons pretty tempting, though.

Don't bother with Squad. In it's current state it's a very bad game and it's probably gona follow the fate of other Early Access games.
