I want to buy a NAS for my house, around 2-4 TB should suffice. 
I don't want to build my own, and I want a solution that provides me with good performance, wired and wireless (locally and remotely) and something that wasn't too expensive. 
I was looking at the WD MyCloud 3TB as an option but I couldn't decide. Which one should I buy?

Do you just want to do backups and occasionally access data? If so, the MyCloud or equivalent Seagate (the "Backup Plus" brand) product will be fine for your needs.

 

Don't forget an off-site backup for your super-important stuff! Amazon Glacier is a great way to do it.
