bruh that will bottleneck if he's going to record for youtube. any CPU intensive shit will bottleneck that that CPU/GPU together i know from experience. but just playing games will be fine if not recording

What else can he get for the price range? If he gets an i5 he'll end up with a 750 Ti as his GPU.
