So my external HDD failed on me and I can't afford to loose all my data as at this point it will take me nearly a month to download all my games and programs again (and I actually have a REALLY clean computer, just slow internet), therefore I am now looking into getting a 8 or 6TB drive that I can back my SSD and HDD up to weekly. Therefore I am asking you storage gods if there's a software that will allow me to set up a backup plan that will mirror both my SSD and HDD into seperate folders in the large HDD.

You can do back ups with windows task scheduler

If you want to back up your files (as opposed to backing up the OS) you should check out FreeFileSync:

http://www.freefilesync.org/

It's free, open source and supports a bunch of features you might want, such as schedule and in-file delta.

Alternatively Microsoft made a thing called Sync toy, but I haven't used this myself.

I'm talking about a complete mirror. So that in case I either have my OS corrupted again -_-, experience malishious software that I can't get rid of, actual drive failure, or something else, I will have a complete mirror of both drives so that all I will have to do is wipe them and re-write over to them from last week.

To do this for free I would use Window's own backup. It can backup the OS while it's in use and doesn't really impact the use of the system (until it backs it up of course).

For a paid solution you could look at Acronis, which is pretty well regarded. It can affect the performance of the PC sometimes and means you need to keep the licence.
