Overclocking Voltages please help

I'm looking for help for my CPU voltage. I overclocked my i7 6700K CPU to 4.7 Ghz in the BIOS with a manual voltage of 1.320 V, but i don't understad why my programs are telling different numbers for example my AI Suite 3 tells me that my voltage under stress test is 1.550V but my CPU-Z and my HW Monitor tells my that my voltage is 1.280 to 1.320 under stress test. Wich program is telling the truth? I'm using a Maximus VIII Hero motherboard with H100i GTX cooler.

Someone could help me please?

I trust the bios the most, and if you did a manual override then it must be right

yes i did a manual override

i heard that when you set in the bios manual mode for voltage, the voltage remains the same that you added no matter that the CPU is in idle or in full load. It is right no?
