Computer won't boot right

I was uninstalling bluestacks via control panel and then my computer decided to show a black screen. It would show the windows logo but would be in an infinite boot loop. But I downloaded memtest on my usb and set bios to launch via usb and now nothing shows up, its just a black screen.

I5 4460 | Sapphire R7 265 | 8gb DDR3
