New Hard Drive

Go to solution Solved by FAQBytes,

Just don't move anything in any folder labelled program (Any of them), windows, user, temp, or perflogs in the C:/ directory.. Everything else should be fair game. If you have questions about a specific folder/file, post it here, and be sure to include the directory.

I've been using a 250 gb ssd for all of my storage and ive run out of space. I just installed and formatted a new 1 tb hard drive into the computer, now i need to move all the files from the ssd to the hdd. I want to keep booting up on the ssd, so boot files stay and I want to keep steam and my games on the ssd as well. I know where the steam files are, but to keep the booting on the ssd what files should I not put on the hdd? I am on Windows 8.1, so if somebody could tell me the path of the boot files on Windows 8.1 (that I would NOT move from ssd to hdd) that would be great. Thanks.
