I'm looking into building a custom PC though I don't have much knowledge on the topic. About a week ago a friend helped me pick out the parts fore one (Here's the list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dG7j6h ). I was hoping someone could let me know if I should change some parts around or just tips for people building their first PC. I'm trying to keep it under $750. Thanks! :)

Really unbalanced, try to get a R9 380 and a better PSU like a XFX TS 550W

to this day I don't understand why CX series PSUs get the hate they do

Terrible temp tolerance and cheap capacitors. Also, XFX TS units are not that much more and are made by SeaSonic. For office build and low-budget builds there fine, but once you start spending over 650$, you should get a better PSU.

Why do you include two fans? I though that case comes with fans? You will gain near nothing from spending those 30 bucks on fans.
