3rd master hard disk error, please help

how do i fix 3rd master hard disk error, this occurred as i was setting my pc. please help 

 

What error is the system displaying and when? What is your system configuration. If it's an IDE drive, DO NOT ​​have more than one Master HDD and Optical Drive.

what do you mean, after it says 3rd master hard disk error. underneath it it says F1 to continue. the HDD is set on IDE and i only have one HDD, by optical drive do you mean like a disk tray/cd/dvd/ blue ray , if yes then no i dont have one , im going to install windows viaUSB. ps sorry for double posting kinda new to this.
