Integrated graphics not working?

So I have a 6700k and an Asus Maximus VIII Gene

 

I'm trying to work on my gpu outside of the computer, and still use my computer, so the logical thing to do is hook up an HDMI cable into the motherboard and let the integrated graphics do its thing

 

but no, my monitor doesn't show my desktop screen

I tried to look for drivers but I couldn't find any, I tried the Auto update utility but nothing 

 

I don't understand, please help.

where can I find that in the BIOS ?
