Hello, we need a FTP folder that many people can have access to but, only a few can upload, delete, modify files and the others can only view.

The second requirement is that every modified file must be saved under a different version.

How can this be done?

..

1. Yes, I have found folder permission through CPanel.

2. Where can I find the differential backup?

Thank you.

You need some sort of software to do that. I don't have any specific recommendations but Symantec Backup is alright.

Oh, I see. Seems like I haven't been all that informative. The FTP server belongs to the hosting company. I've started a ticked with them, but so far no answer.

Thank you for your input.
