Quiet Mouse for Gaming

I've recently taken up using a laptop for work-related purposes. Having primarily worked on a desktop, transitioning from a desktop to a laptop was quite...well ...strange. 
The main issue that I've had were to find quiet mice. What I mean by this is that some computer mice makes this sharp click sound whenever the left/right mouse buttons are pressed. I'm currenty using an old Corsair Vengeance M60. Although the mouse is quite comfortable and quiet, I dislike the long cables. 

I'm searching for a wireless computer mouse (derp) that has a palmed grip with (very) quiet mouse buttons and can be used for occasional gaming. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did see a tutorial on YouTube once about how to pull apart your mouse and take out the things that make the loud clicky sound, if you cant find one with silent/quiet clicks maybe that could be an option.
