I'm looking for a laptop around 500 just for every day use with a good build quality. Preferably with a SSD and Windows 10,Thank you for your help!

A Asus zenbook is a very good option. It is $150 more that you said, but with an SSD, lightweight it  is your best choise. Also be aware that laptops under $500 are quite bad. $650-750 is ok. If you can afford more up to around $1200 is good. A $500 will last a max of 2 years (untill current software will be two slow on it). Your best option is a macbook air...it is $1200ish (13inch)
