How accurate a mouse is depends mostly on how you set it up.

 

Logitech over Razer any day, Razer is cheap and overpriced. Go with the G602, from what I remember the G402 has built in acceleration.

Linus's video below says their is no acceleration on the G402, skip to 2:12 mark to hear it.

I have a G502. Love it.

 

If you're concerned about accuracy, they're all about the same, however I do like Logitech's software much better than Razer Synapse.

 

However, since the G602 is wireless, I wouldn't go with that one if you're concerned about accuracy. The G602 is still as accurate as the G402 and the G502, however there will be more latency since it is a wireless connection.

 

If I were you, I would be looking at either the G402 or the G502.

Technically the S3989 sensor in the Deathadder Chroma is superior, compared to the one in the Logitech G402, but I doubt that you'll feel any difference between them. With Razer you have to play their QC RNG game, which isn't really fun if your mouse breaks after a few months.

My vote goes to the Logitech G402. You can also check out the Steelseries Rival 300, which should cost roughly the same.
