Fan Problem!

Im building my pc right now and i have a problem...

 

The computer won't start and my fans won't spin!

 

So i don't know what to do?

 

The manual says that i should connect my fan cables to a molex adapter... So i did it!

 

And they won't tell me where to connect the molex cable?

The molex cable should go into the PSU. Have you got all cables connected?

I have connected it to the psu ... but i don't see it being connected to the motherboard?
