Black ops 3 problems

The problem is that the game when it starts shows me a weird text in the under right corner the text says exactly this: Call of Duty Black Ops 3 

                                                                                                                                                                                          Rating: Not Recommended 

                                                                                                                                                                                          Go to Options->Graphics->Advanced-> order of

                                                                                                                                                                                          Independent Transparency=None

                                                                                                                                                

Besides that the screen looks really weird its really blurry and all the colors have changed to an overlapping green, blue and red, like you would play on 3D without having 3D glasses.

I installed windows Build 11082 yesterday, maybe it has something to do with this build. Black ops 3 is the only game where i have this kind of problems all the time, Gta and every other game is working perfectly.
