Harddrive to ssd clone?

Can some one please tell me the best FREE cloning software for cloning everything on the harddrive like os and all programs

Clonezilla, Macrium Reflect.

 

EDIT: Just use Macrium Reflect. Make an image for later use should anything go wrong ;)

Usually the manufacturer of the SSD or the HDD has a tool provided on their website. For example for WD drives we have the Acronis True Image WD Edition: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=2uxbkz
 
I would, however, advise against cloning a HDD onto a SSD since this involves a lot of risks for the data. The SSD can also be recognized as a HDD and thus be susceptible to defragmentation whic hwill degrade its lifespan. It would also cause it to miss out on important features such as TRIM and may cause other driver issues. 
I would recommend to simply do a fresh install of the OS and all the applications and games with it. :)
