The wireless usb adapter thats being used in my computer only works certain times. When its plugged into the USB 3 ports, it works for a minute, and then stops working. The usb ports work fine with any other devices. Same goes for the USB 2 port, but works for a longer period of time. For some reason, the adapter functions without stopping when i am in a skype call.

Is there a way to fix this? Sometimes the only websites i can load are youtube and reddit. This is really wierd.

I should also mention that my computer has 3 sets of usb ports; 2 USB3 ports on the top, 2 USB2 ports in the middle, and 2 USB3 ports at the bottom. If there are 2 things plugged in the bottom sets at the same time, windows doesnt start up when i reboot my computer.

EDIT: This is my second adapter, it works on other computers. I have windows 10, and the internet isnt the problem. I just forgot to mention these.

Check Bluetooth module properties. There is a setting that shuts down it for saving power. Uncheck that thing.

Look for something like that: (picture in link)
