also, keep in mind that I want to overclock the CPU to at least 4.5 - 4.7 GHz and I also want to overclock the GPUs, both of them, to around 1.40 GHz.

To be honest, I would go with 850 watts instead. It would give you a bit more wiggle room to OC everything. 980Ti's sip quite a bit of power, so I would recommend the EVGA 850 G2
