BOINC Question

I am running SETI@home on BOINC, with my 7970, but for each task my computer says 0.176 CPUs + 1 AMD/ATI GPU. Therefore, my GPU is only around 70% utilized. How do I give each task more CPU time to stop bottlenecking the GPU? (assuming this is the problem)

Main PC: i5 4590 @ 3.5 GHz ♦ RX 480 Armor OC ♦ 16 GB DDR3 ♦ GA-Z97-HD3 ♦ 120 GB 840 EVO ♦ 120 GB Intel 520 ♦ W10 Home

Scrapyard PC: Xeon X5460 @ 3.8 GHz ♦ HD 7870 ♦ 8 GB DDR2 ♦ GA-P35-DS3L ♦ 80 GB Intel 320 ♦ 160 GB WD Caviar SE ♦ W10 Home

Wait... are you assuming the GPU isn't being used correctly, or are you actually seeing GPU usage not quite going to 100%?

Also, forget that "0.176 + 1" number. It is known to be extremely inaccurate. You could be using 1 full CPU core and only 70% GPU, it would still say the exact same number. You have to go into task manager, find the process and look the actual CPU usage to have the correct number.
