Looking for new computer case

So, I have the nzxt guardian, I hate that thing, Half the front io board died, and the front door panel fell off.

 

Which means, I'm in the market for a new case 

 

any good tips on cases to look at?

 

looking for 

 

- Cheap (<$40ish)

 

- Everything the guardian isn't (simple, plain, generic)

 

- Not a p.o.s. over engineered gaming case buried under a metric tonne of bells and whistles

 

- bottom mounting psu, I have the corsair h60, and i doubt ill be able to fit it anywhere but the top of the case.
