I guess it's ok for the price, but I'd upgrade the CPU to i5 with that graphics card. (or you will get bottlenecking)

Hard to recommend an 860k at that price point now, i3s are pretty cheap now

 

the 860k is only going to bottleneck in CPU heavy games
