help 3dmark fps cap

hello so i have noticed an fps being capped to 60 fps on 3dmark even if i disabled vsync in nvidia control panel my rig is msi gt 60 onc i7 3630qm 16gb ram few ssd and a gtx 770m sorry if this is being posted in wrong topic zone as i am bad at english i dont understand everything
