Is the Antec Kuhler 650 h2o a good cooler?

Im on a very tight budget right now (it's $65 at my local msy)and need something to cool an i5 4960k (devil's canyon) with an overclock of 3.9-4.1 ghz.

I'd take the Cryorig H5 (for around the same) or H7(for a bit less) over it, 120mm AIOs generally aren't worth it.

I think it is a kuhl choice.

Note that the fans are not changeable and also that no upgrades to the water cooler can be made. Except thermal compound.

I see what u did there. Also can i change the RGB myself or does the cooler control it all?

Not sure about that but i would guess that if there is a switch or a button system to it, then you can change it, if not i think you are out of luck.
