Same thing happened with my old i3-4150 and Pentium G3258- I believe Speccy sometimes reads CPU's wrong- whatever task manager and your BIOS say you have is what you have.

Speccy's wrong.  It's a 4170.  Check CPU-z or the actual CPU to be certain.

Also are you using any of those processors? Please give more information.

I would say Intel has somehow screwed it up, If it has happened to multiple people with diffrent specs on there pc I would say intel made the mistake

 

But I can confirm this only with my Over-clocked 100-core 200 thread 10GHz BRAIN with liquid nitrogen cooling can compute this answer :D
