For application to start with higher priority?

I don't know if this was something new for Windows 10 but applications like coretemp and CPU-Z launch with a below normal CPU priority and when i'm stress testing my CPU these applications lock up because their not getting any CPU time. I can fix this by manually changing them to normal priority but this is a pain in the ass. is there a way to have these applications run as normal by default?
