4690k overclock help plz!

Hi guys i finaly got my aio cooler (h100i gtx) and i started overclocking my cpu (4690k).i got it to 4.5ghz at 1.25 volts.everything looks stable but when i run occt the test stops at 11 minutes and says that there was an error detected.but the stystem doesnt crush.cinibench runs just fine.i tried occt 4 times and every time it stops at 11 minute mark.except occt what else can i use to check if the oc is stable?or should i raise the volts more.my temps are good 62 celcius max under load at 1.25 volts.any advice is welcome cause i am new at cpu overclocking

Try Intel XTU and Aida64. If you get similar stops with those then bump your voltage up by .005v-.01v.

Run AIDA64 for about 6 hours once you've found something your comfortable with and make sure it doesn't crash *System*

As high as you can go with temps under 85C on synth load and under 1.35-1.4v vCore.

Haswell is safe up there 1.35-1.4v, but youll probably hit a power wall before that.

what settings should i use on aida?only stress the cpu?i run intel xtu for 1 hour and its stable

Its stable on aida for 4 hours at 4.5ghz 1.255 volts.but.there is a big but here.i run cicibench and the scores are lower even from stock settings.whats wrong????any ideas?
