Skype Internet Connection Problem

My skyped work perfectly fine 2 months ago. Then I added a new friend I made to my skype and I could call him and he couldn't join any calls I hosted. I just made my friends host for that reason. I got tired of it so i tried uninstalling and reinstalling skype but now that problem is for everyone of my friends. I tried everything but it wont stop.
