I'm thinking of buying it but I find it weird that there are hardly any reviews on it.

Weird, link isn't working for me even though it did work a couple of minutes ago. Anyways here is a video:

Waste of money.  This is supposed to improve your accuracy and head movement?  Buy a pair of pads and teach a friend to use them with you.   ;)
