Hey guys! Can you guys recommend me a cheap SSD with great quality(except Samsung Evo series because it is really expensive in my area)?

The SanDisk Ultra II is a pretty good value. Got one in my HTPC.
On the other hand, if you're willing to pay a little (a lot) more, the Samsung 850s look pretty sweet.

Gaming PCs:
Intel i7 4790k, EVGA GTX 980ti, NZXT H440
Intel i5 7600k, Asus GTX 970 DC Mini, Silverstone SG13B
HTPC: AMD Phenom II X6 1045t, EVGA GTX 770 FTW, Fractal Node 604

You pay for what you get, I switched from HyperX to Samsung just for better reliability.

That's what I'd do.

You should probably step up that psu a little bit. 520 would be a little on the light side.

Yes.  There is a chance it will fail, but no more than an EVO.  If it works (odds are that it will), you will love it.  :D

lol... look... I have been using a Corsair Force 3 240GB SSD (worse than the SP550 in terms of reliability) for over two years now.  The SP550 is fast, the EVO is only about 5% faster.  :)
