New PC Won't Boot HELP

Hi I have built a new PC and for some reason it won't boot D: I have installed Windows 10 of a usb

and am getting the error MEMORY_MANAGMENT. I believe I have put the ram in correctly but I can't figure out the problem. Please help!

PS I have configured the bios but I don't know if I did it correctly

also the hard drive I purchased isn't new but is from a reliable store.

I3 6100

16gb Corsair Vengence Ram

Asus gtx 750ti

Msi z170a m5

Corsair CX700

Nzxt s340

Take out your RAM and test each stick at a time.
That way you can see if one of the sticks is faulty.

Do you have any other sticks of ram you can replace them with? Also if you have an OC running on the ram, turn it off. Im assuming thats 2133 mhz ram. But try running it at 1600mhz and see if that helps. After your install of Win 10, is the system detecting a bootable drive?

Turn on the XMP profile.

No it's a gift for someone and my PC is ddr3

You could also try to update your BIOS.

Usually when the error "memory_management" appears it has something to do with drivers or your RAM.
