Just so you know, the final price isnt 1300, because the graphics card is not being included in the final price. It seems to be an issue with PC part picker.

Yes this looks like a good build for what you are going to be doing. There are a few things that I would look at changing. 

 

  • look at getting three more 120mm Noctua fans for the rear mount and the H100i (the stock fans are OK but not amazing and loud) 
  • grab some Noctua low noise adapter as the Noctua industrial fans are loud and fast. The adapters are cheap and work well with no software-based fuss.
  • look for something less expensive than the x99 deluxe. It is an amazing board but is extremely expensive. Unless you are looking at extreme over-clocking or have a use for all the features, just go for a lower end one.
