Q code error 00

I currently have a i5 4690k with a maximus vii ranger motherboard.

I was playing fallout 4 when my pc crashed giving me the error code on the motherboard led 00. I have tried taking out components to see if the pc will boot normally. I have akso tried boiting the pc with all my components inside.

However i keep getting the q error code 00.

Should i rma the board or get a new motherboard.
