Hi, so I've tried emailing and live chatting with Intel but the live chat page says it's been down for a while now and I don't know how long it's been down. Tried emailing but I haven't had a response, has anyone else had this issue lately? Are they working on it? When do you guys think we can expect it to be back up?

Did you check what are the operating times, some sites don't offer 24/7 online support. I didn't check Intel to verify, just saying.

Sorry, must have just been a loading error or something, seems to be working now, someone else wanna check just to be sure? 

Well I got to region and its been loading for a while even after a refresh the result is the same. I can't verify your finding.
