550w or 650w for this pc?

Hey folks,

im not really sure what to choose between 550w or 650w

i will buy an EVGA SuperNova G2 psu,

this is my rig:

tell me, do i need 550w or 650w?

and i plan to Overclock cpu and gpu

I would say use the 650w just so that no matter what you do you should have enough headroom

Get an R9 390 instead of the 970 and a 650W would give you plenty of headroom.

then a 650w is better??

The 550W is absolutely fine. But, it really doesn't matter either way, so take your pick. Most PSU manufactures provide too many options when it comes to PSU wattage, because NUMBARS.
