Dedicated Stream PC/Render PC For Cheap?

RubyRoks

1. Budget & Location
$450 USD. parts from Newegg, Amazon, PCM, and NCIX US please

2. Aim
I plan on using this in conjunction with an elgato HD60 to stream whatever i plug into the elgato to twitch. I also want to use this to render videos so my main pc doesn't have to.

3. Monitors
Don't bother including these. I have some laying around and have no need to use anything more fancy than a CRT.

4. Peripherals
I have USB keyboards layring around and i intend to get my Performance MX back from a friend, so no need.

It should have a 1 TB hard drive preferably and a decent power supply (as in it won't explode). My video editing software is sony vegas and my recording and streaming software is OBS Multiplatform. I'm not sure how wine will work with linux, so include windows 10, but mark it as purchased since i can find windows on G2A

With my budget, i'm thinking this might be a better option. also, if all i need GPU wise is a cheap card, i'll just use my old GT210 and use it for what little cuda performance i can

I just wouldn't stress that motherboard too hard, it should work well with the 95W CPU, but still, cheap AM3+ boards are hard to come by

If you have a spare fan lying around that can cool the VRMs that would be useful too, but overall it's just about the best cheap board for that socket
