Hello, I am wondering what components I should use for a 1080p build. I would like it to run quietly and possibly in a NZXT Phantom case. I prefer Intel and Nvidia. Please help me with this. The games I will be playing are Arma 3, Arma 2, CS:GO, Battlefield 4, Star Wars Battlefront, GTA 5, and other future games. I would like this computer to run all of these games and future games at ultra settings. I am looking for a build that is sub-$1000. Thank you.

No.  Stick with the Seasonic.  Seasonic PSUs are very high quality.
