Get into disk management and right click on the unallocated and new simple volume and next next..

theres a 64gb m.2 ssd installed shows on my pc device manager a seen in picture. but it doesnt show as accesable drive in windows itself and also not under the drive manager what means i cant assign a letter to it. how do i get in the ssd?

You have to format it before you can use it.
