Best phone (Contract)

I may need to get an early upgrade next month due to my Sony Z1C having issues with the battery. I know Contracts are a waste but I simply can't afford the upfront cost. Anyway;

I want to keep it around £25 maybe slightly higher if necessary (Definitely under £30)

What phones do you all suggest? I have a few options in mind, for example, Z5 Compact, the S6 or the Moto G 3rd gen

I'd go for a Z5 compact

 

Obviously that would be best seeing as I'm used to the Z1C but I don't know if I want a bigger screen or not
