Edit: Problem solved after 3 months or so. The issue was either the mild overclock of my Phenom II 100T from 3,3 GHz to 3,6 or possibly a corrupted installation of Microsoft .NET or Visual C++ Runtime...

Hello there!

I've just signed up for LTTs forums in search for a big problem I have with Folding@Home.

The problems began when I reinstalled Windows 7 on my desktop PC, SMP folding worked 100% fine without a hiccup before, but ever since then (I reinstalled Windows shortly again due to this issue, but it did not solve my problem) I have been getting almost instant crashes (With a normal crash-message) when I start the client, or more rarely, it runs for an hour or so and then gives me the error "Assertion failed" (Screenshot here https://www.dropbox.com/s/tnu958wlmy...mnl%C3%B6s.png )

I am really out of ideas here, as even reinstalling Windows hasnt helped at all.

Please help me out guys, I want to start folding again!
