Win10 Install Failing

Hello,

 

Ive bought a brand new Windows 10 DVD/Key from a legit retailer.

 

I was wanting to update to windows 10 on my media pc (in my signature) which wasnt exactly running the most legit version >.>

 

When I try install windows 10 home it starts the install process but then gives an error saying Windows 10 install has failed

 

What do I do :(
